My Best Weight Loss Tips:

In recent weeks I took the time to think about how I lost all this weight (30kg). I want to share my success with you.

The first key step to my success was joing up with a weight loss diet program. I chose Caralluma Actives Weight Loss after being refered by a friiend.

The second key step was buying my self a polar watch to count my calories. Also an excellent program which helped me record my diet and exercise.

The most important key was hard work and keeping motivation. Some days I would say to my self ' why arnt i losing weight' but sticking with my goals I had set really was the key to my success.

    I have lost 25kg in the last 6 months. It was a tremendous effort but like many other people I thought losing weight was impossible until I found the right combination between exercise and diet. I got much help with diet planning from Hoodia Balance.
